Milk Education is recruiting an Inclusion Support Assistant for a welcoming Newcastle primary school from September 2026.

You will work with teachers and the SEND team to support pupils with a range of additional learning, communication and social needs.

This role offers classroom, small group and 1:1 support, opportunities to build positive relationships and a path to long-term roles.
