The Role:
As a Graduate Classroom Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and experienced support staff to help pupils thrive both academically and personally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions.
- Assisting children with a range of additional learning needs, including SEND.
- Encouraging confidence, engagement and independence in the classroom.
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
No two days are the same, making this the perfect role for someone looking to develop valuable classroom experience before progressing into a career in education.

- Or any other degree with a genuine passion for working with children.
You will ideally have:
- Experience working with children or young people through coaching, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, childcare or youth work.
- A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, resilience and a willingness to learn.
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the classroom.
