AMA Admin is seeking Inclusive Learning Pathway Support staff to work in a Northumberland partner SEND school. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, supporting children with autism, speech and language needs, and other complex communication needs in a therapeutic, holistic curriculum.
You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to create a structured, nurturing environment where each pupil can regulate emotions, develop independence, and access learning.
