Working one-to-one and in small groups, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment tailored to each pupil's needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering personalised learning plans
- Encouraging development of communication, social, and life skills
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage positively in learning
- Supporting daily routines including breaktimes, activities, and school trips
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support progress

Training & Development Opportunities

What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (professional or voluntary)
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
- Confidence supporting pupils with additional or complex needs
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Willingness to support personal/intimate care where required
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting young people
