Milk Education are recruiting a Pupil Support Mentor for a welcoming primary school in Merton, starting September. This full-time role focuses on supporting children's emotional wellbeing, confidence and engagement with learning, working alongside teaching and pastoral staff to provide targeted pupil support.
You'll run 1:1 and small-group mentoring, build positive relationships with pupils, support behaviour and resilience, and help pupils develop independence and positive attitudes to learning.
