Milk Education are working with an inclusive primary school in Merton who are looking to recruit an Autism Support Teaching Assistant to work with pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
This role is ideal for someone with a patient and nurturing approach who is passionate about helping children with Autism reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
- Implement individual learning and behaviour strategies.
- Support communication and social development.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo.
- Help create a positive and structured learning environment.
