Milk Education is recruiting an ASD Behaviour Mentor to support students with autism in Feltham and surrounding areas.

You will provide one-to-one and small group assistance, building trusting relationships and applying strategies to aid communication, regulation, and learning.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and families to implement individual support plans, monitor progress, and promote positive behaviours within the school environment.
