Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism, complex learning needs and SEMH.
- Implement individual pupil support plans and contribute to progress tracking.
- Support communication using Makaton or PECS where relevant.
- Collaborate as part of an experienced SEND team to deliver targeted learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous teaching assistant or SEND support experience considered.
- Graduates from psychology, education or therapy-related backgrounds are welcomed.
