Milk Education are recruiting for a nurturing, forward-thinking school for pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and a range of learning difficulties. What We’re Looking For
- Recent experience working with SEN (SEMH, ASC, ADHD or similar)
- Strong initiative and the ability to adapt to individual needs
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
- A calm, nurturing and resilient approach
- Availability for full-time work
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, communication and engagement
- Assisting with personalised learning activities
- Working closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff
- Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
