Milk Education are recruiting for a nurturing, forward-thinking school for pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and a range of learning difficulties.   • Recent experience working with SEN (SEMH, ASC, ADHD or similar)
  • Strong initiative and the ability to adapt to individual needs
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
  • A calm, nurturing and resilient approach
  • Availability for full-time work

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, communication and engagement
  • Assisting with personalised learning activities
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff
  • Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
