Learning Support Assistants - Full Time
As a General Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and therapists to provide consistent, compassionate support across the school day.
You'll help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support (max. 8 pupils per class)
- Assist with personal care, sensory integration, and communication needs
- Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies
- Foster independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teachers, LSAs, and external professionals
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children with autism and/or PMLD (school or care settings)
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Confidence with personal care and physical support needs
