Educational Support Worker

The Role

  • Support pupils with personalised learning, communication and lifeskills development
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups depending on needs
  • Assist with personal care routines where required
  • Contribute to creating a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour using positive, relationshipbased approaches
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other support staff
  • Who We're Looking For
  • Experienced SEND Teaching Assistants
  • Support workers from care or residential backgrounds
  • Graduates considering a career in teaching, psychology, therapy or SEND
  • Candidates with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people
