Milk Education is recruiting confident and motivated Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Liverpool. This role is perfect for individuals who may not have classroom experience yet, but who possess a strong subject specialism—such as English, Maths, Science, PE, Humanities, or Languages—and feel confident leading a class.

- Supervise classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-set work
- Clearly communicate instructions and support students with tasks
- Maintain a calm, positive, and productive learning environment
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies
- Work flexibly across various subjects and year groups
- Provide support to teaching staff where required
