Milk Education are currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools. This role is ideal for confident, resilient individuals with strong behaviour management skills and essential UK classroom experience who can step into the classroom and maintain high standards of learning.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-set work to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
- Maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher
- Always follow school policies and procedures
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Essential Requirements:
- Previous UK secondary school experience (essential)
- Proven strong behaviour management skills
- Confidence managing whole classes independently
- A professional, calm, and consistent approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
