We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business looking to add an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong TIG welding experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You'll be working with both carbon steel and stainless steel, manufacturing bespoke components to engineering drawings in a clean and professional workshop environment. Enjoy a great work-life balance with every Friday off!

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out high-quality MIG and TIG welding (TIG experience is essential)
  • Fabricate and assemble components from engineering drawings
  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings accurately
  • Check dimensions and product specifications
  • Ensure all parts are correctly fitted and aligned
  • Maintain high quality standards throughout production
  • Report any defects, faults, or product issues
  • Work efficiently to production schedules
Health & Safety
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Wear the appropriate PPE
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Report accidents, near misses, and equipment faults promptly
About You
  • Minimum 3 years' welding and fabrication experience
  • Strong TIG welding skills (essential)
  • Confident working with carbon steel and stainless steel
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • A weld test will form part of the interview process.
