SEMH Teaching Assistants to join SEN schools across Leeds, working on a long‑term or short‑term basis, starting in September.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide
1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them to engage in learning.
- Support pupils' emotional regulation and social development throughout the school day.
- Implement positive behaviour strategies and de‑escalation techniques to promote a calm environment.
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to track progress and reinforce consistency in support.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with children or young people with
- SEMH or behavioural needs
