Milk Education is working with friendly and supportive schools across Leeds who are looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join them on a flexible start basis . If you're a skilled TA with a passion for helping pupils progress, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teaching and learning across the classroom
- Deliver small-group interventions and 1:1 support
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
- Contribute to assessments, observations, and pupil progress tracking
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team
- Support pupils with additional needs when required
- Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times
What We're Looking For
You’ll be a strong candidate if you have:
- Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting children in a school or educational setting
- Strong understanding of child development and classroom routines
- Good behaviour management skills
- A positive, proactive and nurturing approach
- Confidence leading small groups or supporting on a 1:1 basis
