What does a Business Studies Teacher do?
- Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
- Teach Business Studies, Economics, or both depending on your specialism and experience
- Develop students' understanding of key business concepts, including finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, operations, and business strategy
- Use real-world examples, current business trends, and case studies to bring lessons to life
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive learning attitudes
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support development

What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject
- Strong subject knowledge across Business Studies and/or Economics
- Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
- Experience teaching KS5/A-Level Business Studies is desirable
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for inspiring and motivating young people
- The ability to use real-world examples and case studies to engage students and make learning relevant
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
