- Bradford , supporting students aged
11-18 with behaviour, social, and emotional needs. You'll work alongside senior behaviour leads and pastoral teams to help create a positive, inclusive school culture.
What you'll do
- Assist behaviour and inclusion leads in managing student behaviour across the school.
- Support SEMH and pastoral interventions for individual students or small groups.
- Mentor and guide students to improve engagement, attendance, and social skills.
- Help implement school-wide behaviour strategies and positive reinforcement systems.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive environment where all students feel supported.
Who we're looking for
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable individuals who enjoy working with young people.
- Graduates or aspiring behaviour, pastoral, or SEMH professionals.
- Strong communicators who can build trust with students and staff.
- Organised and proactive, ready to support leadership teams in behaviour management.
