Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of neurodiverse children? We're looking for a dedicated Learning Support Champion to join a nurturing, supportive primary school in the Liverpool area (L8), where small class sizes and a caring team create the perfect environment for pupils with SEN who struggle in main classes. You will work with two teaching assistants and a teacher in the class with 6 children. There will be sensory breaks and outdoor learning to support the children throughout the day. The role is full-time - 8.30 am- 3.30 pm.

What You'll Be Doing in the Role:

  • Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
  • Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs
  • Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
  • Deliver catch-up sessions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must have recent/relevant experience working with children, specifically those with SEND.
  • Must have a passion for education
  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
