Learning Support Assistant - Wimbledon

Pay: £100-£120 per day

Milk Education are working with a friendly primary school in Wimbledon who are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team from October. The role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with children and wants to make a positive difference to their learning and development.
The Role
- Support pupils across the classroom throughout the school day.
- Provide additional support during lessons.
- Work with pupils individually and in small groups.
- Reinforce learning and help pupils complete activities.
- Support positive behaviour and classroom routines.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff.
About You
- Experience working with children is required.
- Previous school experience is beneficial.
- Confident and comfortable working with primary-aged children.
- Patient, positive and encouraging.
- Able to follow teacher direction and work as part of a team.
- Reliable and committed to a full-time school role.
