Learning Mentor - Wandsworth
Location: Wandsworth
Pay: £100-£120 per day

Milk Education are looking for a Learning Mentor to join a primary school in Wandsworth from October. This is a classroom-based role supporting pupils with their learning, confidence and engagement throughout the school day.
The Role
- Support pupils with their learning and development.
- Work alongside class teachers during lessons.
- Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
- Help pupils build confidence and independence.
- Contribute to a positive classroom environment.
About You
- Previous experience working with children.
- School-based experience is desirable.
- Confident supporting pupils individually and in small groups.
- Positive and patient approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and committed to supporting pupils.
