We're currently recruiting for a KS2 Primary Teacher to work within welcoming and supportive Primary Schools, starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher to inspire and support pupils during a crucial stage of their educational journey. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.

As a KS2 Primary Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing pupils for their next stage of education and creating a positive classroom environment where every child can succeed.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
  • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Prepare pupils for statutory assessments where required.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, support staff and senior leaders.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum.
  • Experience delivering high-quality lessons in English, Maths and the wider curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
