KS2 Class Teacher - Merton
Location: Merton
Pay: £150-£220 per day, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term
Start Date: September 2026
Milk Education are recruiting for a passionate KS2 Class Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Merton. The school is looking for a confident teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and create a positive learning environment for pupils across Key Stage 2.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Plan and prepare engaging learning activities.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
- Establish positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement.
- Differentiate learning to support a range of abilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Primary teaching experience, ideally within KS2.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Good understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Enthusiastic and creative approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Committed to creating an inclusive and engaging classroom.
