KS1 Fully Qualified Primary Teachers to join schools from September 2026.

You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, creating an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports all pupils.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND, EAL, and those requiring additional support.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using assessment to inform future planning.
- Promote positive behaviour through effective classroom management strategies.
- Foster pupils' confidence, independence, creativity, and love of learning.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, senior leaders, and external agencies to support pupil progress.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold the school's values and ethos.
- Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 is desirable, although ECTs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and Speech and Language needs, is advantageous.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- A genuine passion for helping every child achieve their full potential.
