Milk Education is recruiting 2 dedicated and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and inclusive Nursery in Kirkby (L33) on a permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take an active role within a baby room, supporting children at their earliest stages of development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support
- Provide personal care
- Monitor child progress
- Act as a positive role model, supporting children's independence and confidence
Essential Requirements:
- Recent and relevant experience working within a baby room nursery setting
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or equivalent)
- A caring, patient, and proactive individual
- Confidence working independently and following team lead
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
