Milk Education is seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within a supportive primary school in the L33 area of Liverpool. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers in KS2, providing consistent, compassionate support throughout the school day. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to thrive both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
- Assist pupils with sensory integration, communication needs, and emotional regulation
- Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies
- Foster pupil independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants
