Milk Education is recruiting Inclusion Support Assistants to work across a range of Primary Schools.

You will support pupils with additional needs, help them access learning activities and engage in class, and promote positive behaviour and independence.

Roles include both full-time and part-time opportunities with September 2026 start dates.

We are looking for candidates with experience in education or childcare settings, a genuine commitment to inclusion, and strong communication skills.
