School Receptionist / Administrator - WF4
Milk Education is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join a school in WF4 on a long-term supply basis.
This is an initial 6-week booking, starting Monday 12th October, with the potential to continue beyond this period.
Working Days & Hours
- Days: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Lunch: 1 hour
- Initial Duration: 12th October - 25th November (potential to go on)
- Location: WF4
Requirements
- Previous Receptionist or Administration experience is essential.
- Previous experience working within a school or educational setting is desirable.
- Confident handling telephone calls, visitors and general administrative duties.
- A professional, organised and approachable manner.
- Ability to complete onboarding and compliance checks promptly.
Important Compliance Requirements
Due to the quick turnaround required, candidates must be able to provide the following documents promptly:
- Right to Work documentation
- Photo ID
- Proof of Address
- Proof of National Insurance Number
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (and Adult Workforce DBS, if applicable)
This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
