Milk Education are seeking an experienced HLTA to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Kingston.

You’ll play an important role supporting teaching across the school and delivering intervention sessions that help pupils achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned lessons during teacher release time.
  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Lead intervention groups.
  • Assist with assessment and pupil progress.
  • Promote positive behaviour throughout the school.

Requirements

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience within a UK primary school.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Passion for supporting children’s learning.
