Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Milk Education are recruiting an experienced HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in Lambeth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role, supporting learning across the school while delivering lessons during teacher PPA time and leading targeted interventions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Lead intervention groups in English and Maths.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff.
- Promote positive behaviour and high-quality learning.
The Ideal Candidate
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous UK primary school experience.
- Confident leading whole-class learning.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Passionate about supporting children\'s education.
