Milk Education is recruiting Inclusion Support Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and inclusive Primary Schools.

You will provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning activities and participate in the classroom.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, promoting positive behaviour, confidence and independence, while collaborating with teachers and SENDCOs to adapt activities and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
