Milk Education is working with welcoming and supportive primary schools across Guisborough and the surrounding areas, who are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
Whether you're an experienced TA, qualified education professional, graduate or have transferable experience working with children, we could have your next opportunity.
WHAT COULD YOU BE DOING?
- Supporting pupils in the classroom
- Helping with reading, writing and maths
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Supporting learning and development
- Building positive relationships with pupils
- Getting involved in creative and practical activities
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Working alongside teachers and wider school staff
- Helping create a positive and engaging classroom environment
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Qualified Teaching Assistants
- Level 2 & Level 3 education/childcare professionals
- Experienced school staff
- Nursery & Early Years practitioners
- Graduates
- Sports coaches & youth workers
- Candidates with childcare or support work experience

PAY
This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
