Milk Education is recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners to work with welcoming nurseries and Early Years settings across Guisborough and the surrounding areas.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
You MUST hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification to be considered for this role.
Examples include:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator
- Level 3 Childcare
- Level 3 Early Years & Education
- Level 3 CACHE Childcare
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning with relevant EYFS experience
- Equivalent recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
Applications from candidates without a relevant Level 3 qualification will not be progressed for this vacancy.
YOUR ROLE
As a qualified Nursery Practitioner, you'll support children through their early development by:
- Planning and supporting engaging activities
- Providing play-based learning opportunities
- Developing communication and language
- Supporting early literacy and numeracy
- Encouraging social and emotional development
- Completing observations and contributing to assessments
- Promoting independence and confidence
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Working in line with the EYFS framework
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Alongside your Level 3 qualification, you'll need:
- Previous nursery or Early Years experience
- Good understanding of the EYFS
- Knowledge of child development
- Strong communication skills
- A warm, patient and nurturing approach
- Commitment to safeguarding
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Level 3 Nursery Practitioners, Nursery Nurses and Early Years Educators are encouraged to apply.

PAY
This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
