Milk Education is excited to recruit a SEN Behaviour & Learning Mentor to support pupils with additional needs across Guildford and the surrounding Surrey area. This role focuses on helping students engage with learning, build confidence and develop positive behaviours.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, implement behaviour strategies, and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to support individual learning plans, promoting a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
