The Role
- Support students
- Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education
- Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour
- Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma-informed environment
Ideal Candidates
- Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, or Social Sciences (or non-graduates with relevant experience)
- Individuals with a strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care
- Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content
