Milk Education are working in partnership with a high-performing secondary school in Greenwich to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join their pastoral team. This role focuses on supporting students' wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and personal development.
The successful Pastoral Assistant will help ensure students feel safe and supported, build positive relationships with pupils and families, and deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions within a strong pastoral framework.
