We are recruiting for a Graduate Classroom Supervisor to work in a welcoming Primary School in the Darlington area on an ongoing basis throughout the academic year.

As a Classroom Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons and classroom activities in the absence of the class teacher, supporting pupils across the primary age range. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and classroom activities in the absence of the class teacher
- Create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Follow the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies
- Support pupils' learning, wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Provide feedback to the class teacher on pupil progress and engagement
- No lesson planning or marking required
What We're Looking For
- A graduate-level qualification
- A genuine passion for education and supporting children
- Confident, patient and adaptable with excellent communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
