Desighn Technology Teachers and Secondary School Teachers - September Start

We are currently recruiting Secondary School Teachers for schools across Surrey/Hampshire, with opportunities available from September on a short-term, long-term, permanent or temp-to-perm basis.
We are looking for teachers across a range of secondary subjects and year groups, including KS3 and KS4.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and/or KS4.
- Teach your specialist subject in line with the school curriculum.
- Differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback.
- Prepare students for GCSEs and other examinations where applicable.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Support students with SEND and additional learning needs.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements
- QTS or recognised equivalent teaching qualification.
- Recent experience teaching in a secondary school.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Experience teaching KS3 and/or KS4.
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual student needs.
- A genuine commitment to supporting students' academic and personal development.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your experience, qualifications, subject specialism and the requirements of the school.
