Milk Education is partnering with a nurturing primary provision in Gateshead to appoint a Trauma-Informed Support Assistant.

You will work with teachers, pastoral staff and SEN practitioners to support emotional wellbeing and re-engagement with learning for primary pupils.

The role focuses on trauma-aware, 1:1 and small-group support, building resilience and essential life skills within a calm, consistent environment.
