We're currently recruiting for a Sports Graduate to join a Secondary School in Gateshead/Whickhamand surrounding areas on a long or short-term basis starting in September. This role is temporary/permanent/temp-to-perm.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups, responding to their individual needs
- Helping deliver catch-up sessions and activities to support pupils' confidence and engagement
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and adapting resources where appropriate
- Promoting an accepting, inclusive classroom where every student feels they belong
Requirements or Skills:
- A degree in Sport, Sports Science, Physical Education or a related subject
- Experience working with children or young people through coaching, mentoring, volunteering or similar settings
- Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills
- Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team
