Milk Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across welcoming secondary schools in Gateshead, starting in September on a term-time basis.
You will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them access learning and build confidence under the guidance of teachers and SEND teams.
This role suits someone with a passion for education, whether from school experience or transferable skills from youth work, care, coaching or mentoring.
Training and ongoing CPD are provided.
