Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming nursery within a children's charity in Bensham, Gateshead, to appoint a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join their dedicated team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn, play and thrive.
Essential Criteria
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Recent experience working with children in an Early Years, nursery or similar setting.
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children's development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Must live locally to Gateshead - no relocation.
