Pay:£135-£200+ per day (dependent on experience)

Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Gateshead to appoint a KS1 Teacher to join their dedicated team from September.
KS1 Teacher - Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum.
- Plan, assess, and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom where children feel supported and motivated to learn.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, wellbeing, and pupil achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil progress.
- Monitor and report on pupil development while following all safeguarding and school policies.
KS1 Teacher - Essential Criteria
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent and relevant UK teaching experience within Key Stage 1
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A reflective, enthusiastic, and committed approach to teaching and learning
- Must live locally to Gateshead - no relocation
