AMA Admin is seeking a Sports Graduate to work as a Behaviour Mentor in secondary schools and specialist SEND provisions. You will support pupils with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and other needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
You’ll collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams to promote positive behaviour, build strong relationships, and provide targeted mentoring to boost engagement and confidence throughout the school day.
