Milk Education is recruiting an Autism Support Worker to join a specialist SEND provision in Gateshead, starting immediately on a term-time basis.

You will support pupils aged 5-19 with complex learning needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and physical or sensory impairments.

The role involves one-to-one and small group support, assisting with personal care, adapting activities, promoting engagement, and recording progress, with safeguarding and compliance at its core.
