Location: L20 area of Sefton
Milk Education are recruiting for a passionate EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join a local Primary School in L20 area of Sefton.
You’ll support children as a general EYFS Learning Support Assistant with their learning and development, working at an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) level in a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
You must have a passion for EYFS and supporting children's learning. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, starting Nov 2026 - Feb 2027.
You will support small groups for reading, phonics ( Read Write Inc) and one-to-one when required ( training will be provided ), as well as whole-class support

EYFS Learning Support Assistant role :
What You'll Be Doing in the Role:
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
- Provide consistent 1:1 support whilst responding to individual learning needs
- Work alongside the class teacher to support lesson delivery and adapt learning activities where required.
- Deliver targeted interventions and catch-up sessions to support pupil progress.
Essential Qualifications:
- Recent and relevant experience working with EYFS children
- A genuine passion for education and supporting learners and children with additional needs.
- Ability to work effectively under the direction of the class teacher.
