SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist School - Epsom
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Pay: £105-£125 per day

Milk Education are recruiting for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist school in Epsom. This is an opportunity to support pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and develop important communication, social and independence skills.
The Role
-
Support pupils with a range of special educational needs.

Provide 1:1 and small-group support during lessons and activities.

Help pupils follow routines and participate in classroom learning.
-
Encourage communication, social interaction and independence.
-
Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
-
Work closely with teachers and the wider school team to meet individual needs.
About You
-
Previous experience supporting children or young people is desirable.
-
Experience working with SEN, autism or learning disabilities would be beneficial.

Patient, calm and adaptable.
-
Confident building positive relationships with pupils.
-
Able to follow guidance and individual support plans.
-
Reliable and passionate about helping children reach their potential.
Experience in a specialist school, care setting or youth support role would be an advantage.
