Year 4 Teacher - Enfield
Milk Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Enfield to appoint a talented Year 4 Teacher for a long-term opportunity starting in September. This is an excellent role for an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils reach their full potential.
The successful Year 4 Teacher will join a supportive Key Stage 2 team and play a vital role in providing high-quality teaching that inspires, challenges and motivates learners. The school prides itself on creating a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love for learning.
The Role
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Planning, preparing and assessing learning as a Year 4 Teacher
- Creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes pupil progress
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Tracking attainment and providing effective feedback to pupils
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
- Contributing to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong curriculum knowledge and classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Passion for delivering high-quality education
- Committed, organised and enthusiastic approach to teaching
