Cover Supervisor - Enfield
Full-Time | October Half-Term Start | Until July 2027
Milk Education is recruiting a confident, reliable and engaging Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Enfield from October half-term until July 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people, can confidently manage a classroom and is passionate about maintaining a positive learning environment.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, deliver pre-planned work and ensure students remain focused, engaged and on task throughout the school day.
The Role
- Location: Enfield
- Start Date: October half-term
- End Date: July 2027
- Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Setting: Secondary school
- Contract: Ongoing agency work through Milk Education
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils in a school or similar setting.
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the confidence to lead a classroom.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow lesson plans.
- A genuine interest in supporting young people's education and development.
- The right to work in the UK and willingness to complete enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
