Milk Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join primary schools across Hartlepool and surrounding areas from September 2026. We welcome both experienced assistants and those new to supporting children, with opportunities ranging from long-term to permanent roles for the right candidate.

You will help pupils access the curriculum, develop confidence and resilience, support SEND needs, and work with teachers to deliver engaging activities, while upholding safeguarding.
